BR Standard class 4MT 4-6-0 No 75023 stands alongside the coaling plant being prepared for the semi-fast Birmingham to Bristol Temple Meads service circa 1960. Built at Swindon in December 1953, No 75023 remained in service until January 1966 when it was withdrawn from Stoke-on-Trent shed to be scrapped in April 1966 by TW Ward of Beighton.
