The general waiting room was accessed via the door in the gable wall whilst the entrance to the ladies waiting room was located half-way down the front of the building. The gentlemen's toilets are located at the far end of the building and accessed by a door in the gable wall. The sign suspended from the canopy stating the buffet was on the other platform is an MR/LMS sign. The sign on the left reads 'Alight here for the Fair' in four languages, English, French, German and Spanish.
