Looking north towards Redditch in September 1977, fifteen years after the station was closed. The part demolished building on the right is the former Gentlemen's latrines. The equipment standing next to the bidirectional platform was a conveyor belt used to load stone and other such material into high sided vehicles. A similar piece of equipment was used by British Railways at Coventry Shed (see image 'lnwrcov672a').
