View of the site showing new buildings under construction, taken on Saturday 20th April 1963. At least two of the lamp posts that used to illuminate the yard at night are still there but otherwise the old order has gone. Some wild flowers are blooming in the foreground but nature isn't going to take over here. Bournville is part of Birmingham, the city of a thousand trades.
