LNWR 4-4-0 George V Class No 2495 'Bassethound' passes beneath Clifton Road bridge with an up excursion service to London. Built by Crewe works in May 1911, No 2495 was renumbered as LMS No 5357 in February 1927 and again as No 25357 in April 1937 which it carried until January 1939 when it was withdrawn to be scrapped.
