BR Standard Class 4MT 2-6-0 No 76052 of Saltley (2E) shed in Birmingham is travelling through Nuneaton (Trent Valley) station 'wrong line' - north along the Up Main line - at about 5pm on Thursday 26th March 1964. Built at Doncaster works in August 1956, No 76052 was another locomotive with a very short working life being withdrawn in December 1966 from 6A Chester (Midland) shed to be scrapped by J Cashmores of Newport.
