Ex-LMS 5XP 4-6-0 Patriot Class No 45546 'Fleetwood' heads a Manchester to Euston express past Ashby Junction on 18th April 1960. Built by Crewe works in March 1934 No 45546 received its name in July 1938 and after being renumbered as No 45546 by British Railways in January 1949 remained in service until June 1962 when it was withdrawn from 8B Warrington shed.
