Looking towards Coventry from Marston Green station's down
platform as the initial electrical catenary engineering work progresses. The
most obvious work being undertaken is the erection of the posts on either side
of the platforms plus the replacement footbridge. Marston Green's goods yard is
still in use although it was to close on 6th July 1964.
