A 1937 aerial view of the exchange sidings which lay between the northern lines of both railway companies. As can be seen, the former LNWR lines from Milverton enter from the left at the top of with the ex-LNWR coal sidings continuing alongside the running lines to Leamington Avenue station. A GWR 0-6-0 Collett Goods engine is shunting in the sidings. whilst at the bottom of the photograph a GWR 2-6-2T Prairie locomotive stands on the approach to the GWR goods yard which was to the right and out of sight of this view.
