Another view of the mobile crane as the demolition crew prepare to remove the second truss from the former LNWR bridge whilst the first truss is being readied to be moved by road. It was often standard practice for railway bridges to be dismantled so that key parts could be reused. However, the photograph shows the main truss to have been cut in a manner that would in all probability prevent its reuse. C1968
