Ex-LMS 8F No 48407 is seen with an engineer’s train standing 'wrong road' on the Up Kenilworth Line. This type of work was very labour intensive, a group of Permanent Way men can be seen passing by the front of the loco carrying a sleeper using sleeper tongs. The track is bullhead rail with chairs.
