Close up of Kenilworth station and yards with some thirty coal wagons alone standing in the Coal Yard which lies nearest to the camera. The station master's residence can be seen on the bottom left of the photograph, to the left of the two parallel sidings of coal wagons. Above the station master's house, and to the left of the double sidings, the coal staithes can be seen which were occupied by a number of coal merchants serving the town. The excellent view afforded to the staff of Kenilworth station's very tall signal box is easily seen in this photograph.
