Another view of the fruit shed stacked with produce seen on Sunday 25th September 1938 ready for distribution in the morning of the following day. The tubs contain apples and the cases contain oranges and other fruit. On the right the edge of a clerks desk can be seen with advice notes skewered on a metal spike. The square openings in the roof probably date back to the original Grand Junction Railway station to allow smoke to escape. Its not known if by the date of the photograph they were glazed - if at all.
