Looking along Platform 1 towards Wolverhampton with the South Staff Bays on the near right. The Stour Valley Bay can also be seen through the opening to the right of the steps. The carriage on the left forms part of the Brighton & Eastbourne South Coast Express as advertised by the train indicator board. The indicator board also shows that on the right there are two services, the nearest being to Hampton whilst the lower sign appears to indicate a train to Walsall, Rugeley and Stoke.
