Ex-LMS 5XP 4-6-0 No 45560 'Prince Edward Island' stands at Platform 1 with an up express service to in 1963. Built as LMS No 5560 in July 1934 by the North British Locomotive Company of Glasgow, this Jubilee Class locomotive had only a few months left in active service because in November 1963 it was withdrawn from 5A Crewe North shed.
