LMS Route: Rugby to Tamworth
Tamworth Station: lnwr_tam2361
Ex-LMS 8F 2-8-0 No 48681 is seen at the head of a down coal
train as it approaches Tamworth Low Level station on 22nd August 1965. Built at
the Southern Railway's Brighton works in January 1944 No 48681 remained in
service until July 1967 when it was withdrawn from 8E Northwich shed on the CLC
lines.
