This close up of image 'gcrcs15' shows ex-ROD 2-8-0 class 04 /8 No No 63853 badly stained along its boiler.

Number 63853 was built by the North British Loco Co in June 1919 and carried the ROD running number 1978. Its LNER running number was 6292 and was withdrawn in November 1963 from Langwith Junction shed before finally being scrapped in February 1964 at Doncaster Plant.
