This close up of image 'gwrwil515' shows the down platform's building, which as can be seen, was a simpler affair compared to the up platform's. The building housed the waiting room and a gentlemen's toilet. The building's gable wall shows the same vertical lines seen at Stratford Upon Avon's up platform building in image 'gwrsa505a '. This latter building was demolished at the turn of the century and was thought to have been an original 1865 structure.
