Close up of image 'gwrw396' showing two short sidings utilised by coal traffic for the Warwick Corporation Gas Works with the siding on the left being within the works and the siding on the right being on railway property. Examination of the 1925 map seems to indicate that the private siding commenced immediately below Cape Road bridge on which the photographer is standing and at which point the siding immediately divided in to two, the right hand siding being seen above and the left hand siding curving away towards Saltisford Road where the gasometers were sited.
