GWR Route: Banbury to Wolverhampton

GWR 2-6-2T Prairie Tank No 3162 stands in the station on a down two-coach local train made up with Clerestory coaches circa C1930s. Number 3162 was built at Swindon works in May 1907 and remained in service until January 1947 when it was withdrawn from Severn Tunnel Junction shed to be scrapped at Swindon works.
