Ex-GWR 4-6-0 King class No 6014 'King Henry VII' is seen with plenty of steam as it starts to tackle Hatton Bank with a down express circa 1956. Number 6014 was built at Swindon works in May 1928 and, after being involved in the GWR's experimental streamlining in the mid-1930s, remained in service until September 1962 when it was withdrawn from Stafford Road shed in Wolverhampton and was scrapped in March 1963 by Cox & Danks of Langley Green near Oldbury.
