GWR Route: Banbury to Wolverhampton

GWR 2-6-0 Mogul No 5399 is seen working hard to build up speed ready to tackle Hatton Bank whilst on an express freight working. Number 5399 was built at Swindon works in November 1920 and remained in service until September 1962 when it was withdrawn from Brecon shed although it was not scrapped until February 1964 by J Cashmore of Great Bridge.
