Ex-GWR 2-8-0 No 2822 runs through Warwick station at the head of an express goods train

Ex-GWR 2-8-0 No 2822 runs through Warwick station at the head of an express goods train whilst ex-GWR 2-6-0 43xx Class No 5362 waits in the Hatton banker's bay. The Class 28xx locomotive, No 2822, was built at Swindon works in January 1907 and remained in service until January 1965 when it was withdrawn from Barrow Road shed in Bristol and to be scrapped by R Hayes of Bridgend. The 43xx Class locomotive, No 5362, was also built at Swindon works but twelve years in February 1919 lasting until August 1958 when it was withdrawn from Shrewsbury shed being scrapped in August 1958 by Swindon works.
