Looking in the direction of Stratford upon Avon across to the down platform with its simple waiting room and Malthouse Lane road bridge the background. Access to either of the platforms was via a path which led down from a gated entrance alongside Malthouse Lane road bridge. The late development of the Halt in 1935 meant that electric lighting was provided from the Halt's opening with the lamps being fixed to the telegraph poles.
