Tyseley Shed: gwrt361

GWR 2-6-2T No 4110, a class 51xx 'Large Prairie' locomotive, is seen raising steam alongside Tyseley shed's two-road coaling stage on a windy day in June 1937. Built by Swindon works to Lot 292 in October 1936, No 4110 remained in service until June 1965 when it was withdrawn from Severn Tunnel Junction shed and was subsequently saved from scrapping by being preserved.
