This close up of image 'gwrsh491' shows the station buildings on both platforms. The barrow crossing used by the porters was almost immediately below the passenger footbridge. The oil lamps seen in image 'gwrsh489' have been replaced by the ubiquitous swan neck electric lamp posts.
