Another of the 1930s views of platform 2 and the crystal clear windows do support the claim that they are not from the dirtier post-war period. The windows can be seen to be very different to those on platform as seen in images 'gwrsa505b' and 'gwrsa622' as an example. The rounded corners differ sharply from the arched windows of the 1865 structure.
