GWR Route: North Warwickshire Line

Pebworth Halt: gwrpb600

The timber framed platform and station buildings were typical of many of the GWR' halts built for locations where it was thought that passenger traffic would be light and goods traffic non-existent. In this case according to Vic Mitchell and Keith Smith in their excellent book 'Stratford upon Avon to Cheltenham' even the steps to the bridge below were entirely of timber too.
