GWR Route: Moreton-in-Marsh to Shipston-on-Stour

Moreton-in-Marsh Station: gwrmm999

View of the station towards the end of the construction of new buildings in 1872-3 with a PW gang putting the finishing touches to the trackwork. The up platform on the right appears to have been extended as evident by the change of brickwork to the platform face. It would appear that originally both platforms were of a similar length. The platform surface still requires to be finished as rubble is still evident.
