GWR Route: Banbury to Wolverhampton

GWR 4-6-0 Hall class No 4975 'Umberslade Hall' ghosts in to the down platform at the head of the 1.56pm Portsmouth Harbour to Wolverhampton relief circa 1936. Number 4975 was built at Swindon Works in January 1930 and remained in service until September 1963 when it was withdrawn from Oxford shed being scrapped in July 1964.
