Leamington Spa - New Station: gwrls874

Leamington station after rebuilding with the enlarged forecourt to its front. The new station had been designed to compliment the grandeur of 'Royal Leamington Spa's' Georgian style buildings erected in the new town. The design adopted not only complemented the local architecture but also subtly captured the 'art deco' spirit of architecture prevalent in the 1930s.
