GWR Route: Banbury to Wolverhampton

The Outward shed was rebuilt from the back forwards as seen in this photograph. In the distance can be seen the steelwork being erected for the new shed, the extra width being given to the shed being very apparent. The 0-6-0PT is marshalling trains on a quieter day than seen in other photos, presumably reflecting holiday time, with the start of the Second World War being just a month away. 2nd August 1939
