GWR 4-6-0 49xx 'Hall' class No. 4902 'Aldenham Hall' on a seven coach express

GWR 4-6-0 49xx 'Hall' class No. 4902 'Aldenham Hall' on a seven coach express climbing the down main line on Hatton Bank circa 1955.

This view is another from the bridge seen in 'gwrhb96'. Engine No 4902 was an early member of the 330 strong ‘Hall’ class mixed traffic engines, being built at Swindon in December 1928. This engine was involved in an accident at Rugby in February 1961 and withdrawn from Taunton Shed (83B) in September 1963. In May 1964 No 4902 was scrapped at G Cohen of Morriston, Swansea.
