This close up of image 'gwrha474' shows a rail car standing at the up platform. The sign on the canopy shows that ladies were given a degree of extra consideration on both sides of the platform. The ladies toilets was accessed via the ladies only waiting room. Today such consideration would not be dreamt of being non-PC as well as an extra expense.
