This close up of image 'gwrha472' was included to show a detail on the up platform. The partition seen at the end of gable wall is to screen passengers from the gentlemen's toilet. The 'borrowed light' above the door is louvered to assist in ventialtion. On the screen are three fire buckets with two more placed on the floor. In this view the timber bench seating has now been replaced by the GWR cast iron framed type.
