GWR Route: North Warwickshire Line

Henley in Arden - New Station: gwrha471

Looking north towards Birmingham. The station is still in a clean condition despite some twenty-five years since it opened. The far platform, on the left, was bidirectional allowing local trains to call from both directions. This was a useful facility during the summer when heavy express traffic to and from the West of England required slower trains to be moved out of their path.
