GWR Route: North Warwickshire Line

Henley in Arden - New Station: gwrha470

Looking north towards Birmingham shortly after the station opened in 1908. The grandness of the station compared to others on the line can be seen. Although it was nearly another 30 years before the Leamington to Birmingham line was quadrupled and new stations were built the similarity between Tyseley, Acocks Green, Widney Manor etc is striking.
