The goods yard, whilst incomplete, has the long siding constructed and has a number of vans standing on it. This long siding was used by local coal merchants for the importation of coal, in addition, the yard was equipped with a cattle dock which was sited at the Stratford upon Avon end of the goods yard. For reasons unknown whereas the gentlemen's toilets were mainly situated at the southern end of the station - the Stratford upon Avon side - Earlswood Lakes had then on the north side.
