Ex-LNER 4-6-0 B1 61202 is seen passing beneath Catesby Road bridge on a York to Swansea express on 25th April 1950. The B1 is in a relatively clean condition which, with the legend British Railways on its tender, indicates that it has recently been in the workshops. Built in June 1947 by the North British Locomotive Company No 61202 remained in service until September 1962 when it was withdrawn from Lincoln shed.
