GWR Route: Banbury to Wolverhampton

Looking east towards the High Street with the lower section of the forecourt being used as car parking for passengers. The embankment is being cut away to provide a wide access path to the bay platform at the London end of the down platform, the bay being originally used to off-load road carriages etc. This was necessary because the old access, which was via the original forecourt which was at a higher level next to the restaurant.
