GWR Route: Banbury to Wolverhampton

This extract from the Great Western Railway Appendix to No 13 Section of the Service timetables dated March 1929 detailed the instructions for the working of the link line. LMS locomotives operated over the link line under the Great Western rules and were then exchanged in the Great Western Leamington station. Before moving to or from the link line the LMS locomotives were required to give a two short followed by one long whistle signal. Note also the speed restriction in both directions of 5mph.
