GWR Route: Banbury to Wolverhampton

An unidentified ex-GWR Railcar is seen arriving wrong road at Leamington's up platform circa late 1950s. Its not known to the author as to why the rail car is seen apparently driving in to the up platform wrong road. If it had been travelling from Banbury in order to travel to either Birmingham or Stratford upon Avon then it could have used the down platform. One possibility is that it is in fact reversing in order to drive forwards in to the down bay platform with the driver remaining in the cab at the rear of the Railcar for the short distance required to travel backwards.
