British Railways Western class D1072 'Western Glory' on an up express at Snow Hill station on 2nd September 1963. Built at Crewe works in November 1963, D1072 was to remain in service for only a very short time being withdrawn in November 1976 from 84A Laira shed to be scrapped by Swindon works.
