An Edwardian view of the up main platform as passengers disembark from an express comprised of Clerestory coaching stock. The GWR were proud of their achievements in opening up new routes and cut offs to speed up traffic and, in Birmingham's case, the investment in two new stations Snow Hill and Moor Street.
