British Railways built 4-6-0 No 7008 'Swansea Castle' approaches Woodcock Lane bridge at the head of an up express. Acocks Green & South Yardley station can be seen in the distance. The lines are from the left, down loop line, down relief line, up relief line, down main line and up main line. Built by Swindon works in May 1948, No 7008 was to remain in service until September 1964 when it was withdrawn from 81A Old Oak Common shed to be scrapped by Birds of Risca.
