Ex-GWR 2-6-2T 31xx class No 3101 stands on the traverser at Platform 3 in Moor Street station in the 1950s. A Collett development of the Churchward 3150 design, this locomotive entered service on 28th February 1939, having been rebuilt at Swindon Works from No 3156 which been built in 1907. It was withdrawn from Tysefey Shed, 84E on 30th September 1957 and scrapped at Swindon in February 1961.
