View from the station's up platform looking East towards Fenny Compton with the bridge over the River Avon in the foreground on 21st May 1956. In the middle between the two sets of rails is the second water crane located at the station, the other being at the West end of the station. The up platform is at a slight angle to the up road as it crosses the river giving the impression that their is a slight hump in the track. As can be seen by looking at the down set of rails the line was fairly level at this point.
