View from the island platform of Sutton Park's main station building located on the up platform during British Rail days. The booking office and booking hall were located on the far left of the building whilst the waiting and ladies room were accommodated in the section on the right. The section in between, recessed back from the two ends, was one large waiting room. The station name is displayed on the bench seating as well as totem signs fixed to the wall.
