View of D7624 at the head of a freight train passing through Bromford Bridge station after it closed to normal passenger services. Tony Mere writes, 'An interesting train in the rain. The first four vehicles are bogie carrages stripped of their bodies and used for moving car components around the Midlands. They are sheeted over with BR tarpaulins. I have seen pictures of them at Coventry and I guess these were en-route to Longbridge. The station closed in 1965 but was used for racing traffic around that period.'
