LMS Route: Nuneaton to Leamington

Ex-LMS 4MT 2-6-0 No 43002 pauses in the refuge siding by the bridge carrying the Leicester Road over the railway in June 1957. Built by Horwich works as LMS No 3002 in December 1947, the last month of the LMS' existence, No 43002 remained in service until December 1967 when it was withdrawn from 12D Workington shed.
